Scotia Gas Network
A multi-lot professional services framework supporting SGN’s GD3 property estate transformation across Scotland and Southern England networks.
Scotia Gas Networks (SGN) is procuring a multi-lot Property Related Professional & Design Services Framework to support delivery of its RIIO-GD3 Property Strategy (April 2026–March 2031). The framework will operate across SGN’s Scotland and Southern England gas distribution networks and forms part of a broader GD3 capital programme of approximately £4.5bn, with around £180m allocated to property improvements and rationalisation. The framework itself is valued at approximately £13m over the initial three-year term and up to £21m over a maximum eight-year duration. The brief encompasses cost consultancy, programme and project management, estate and asset management, multidisciplinary design and pre-construction services, and specialist property services to support estate optimisation, acquisitions, disposals, refurbishments, compliance upgrades, sustainability improvements and operational reconfiguration across SGN’s portfolio.
