Radius Housing IDT Consultancy Framework
A two-stage competitive tender to appoint two multidisciplinary design teams to deliver refurbishment, maintenance, and compliance projects across Radius Housing’s estate in Northern Ireland.
The Radius Housing IDT Consultancy Framework seeks to appoint two multidisciplinary Integrated Design Teams to provide full design and project management services for the refurbishment, rehabilitation, and planned maintenance of housing stock, supported accommodation, and offices across Northern Ireland. The framework will cover works including building fabric upgrades, energy efficiency improvements, accessibility adaptations, fire safety works, and mechanical and electrical upgrades. Services are to be provided under the NEC3 Professional Services Short Contract, tailored for call-off assignments.
The framework supports Radius Housing’s long-term asset management programme and compliance obligations, with projects typically covering RIBA Stages 0–7, from feasibility to post-occupancy review. The programme is structured to deliver design-led refurbishment that achieves durability, sustainability, and value for money across the housing portfolio.
Two teams will be appointed, allocation of work will be rotational.
