Located within the Bellevue industrial zone on a 5.27k m² site, the scheme will accommodate emergency response functions alongside administrative offices and a medical support unit. The brief calls for a robust, functional and clearly legible building that supports rapid deployment, efficient circulation, and separation of operational flows.
