Loughlinstown Training Centre
Architectural services are sought for a two-phase refurbishment and upgrade of apprentice training workshops at Loughlinstown Training Centre, Dublin.
The Dublin and Dún Laoghaire Education and Training Board (DDLETB) is undertaking a two-phase redevelopment of the Loughlinstown Training Centre to support growing demand for plumbing and welding apprenticeships. The scheme includes the repurposing of central spaces into four new plumbing workshops and one welding workshop, alongside external store installations and yard adaptations. The refurbishment aims to upgrade fabric, improve fire safety and access, update M&E services, and ensure compliance with sustainability and green public procurement standards. Phase 1 (675 m²) and Phase 2 (529 m²) will each follow a clear programme aligned with curriculum delivery requirements.
