Llandysul Feasibility Studies
Ceredigion County Council invites tenders for design-led feasibility studies to explore future development options for two disused sites in Llandysul.
The commission involves feasibility studies for two significant vacant sites in Llandysul: the former Ysgol Llandysul Sports Fields and the former Awel Deg Care Home. These sites have remained unused since 2014–2016, and the Council wishes to assess their potential redevelopment in line with local needs and regeneration priorities. The study will include site analysis, planning and policy review, stakeholder consultation, development options appraisal, financial viability assessments, and final reporting. The programme is expected to run over 12 weeks following appointment, with outputs informing future planning decisions, funding bids, and community engagement.
