The Shetland Islands Council is seeking architectural consultancy services for the conversion and refurbishment of the historic Janet Courtney Hostel.
As part of the broader Knab redevelopment masterplan, the existing building will be transformed into high-quality residential accommodation, contributing to a diverse and sustainable housing mix.
