The Klinikum Osnabrück is undertaking the development of a new Supply and Logistics Centre within its existing hospital campus in Osnabrück, Germany. The commission focuses on the design of external works (landscape design) and transport infrastructure, encompassing access roads, service and emergency routes, delivery and manoeuvring areas, planting, surfacing, level changes and comprehensive drainage systems. A key challenge lies in integrating the new facility with existing buildings, utilities and logistics systems, while resolving complex site constraints such as topography, limited space and the need for continuous functionality during construction.
