A multidisciplinary consultancy team is sought to deliver cost consultancy, project management, contract administration, and Employer’s Agent services for a new operations and head office building—"the HUB"—at the Port of Felixstowe.
The Felixstowe Dock and Railway Company, part of Hutchison Ports UK, is embarking on a significant infrastructure development—a centralised workplace hub (the HUB) aimed at unifying disparate facilities into a modern, flexible, and sustainable four-storey headquarters. This building will house various operational, administrative, and executive functions, as well as support facilities like catering, training, and wellness spaces. The appointed Consultant will oversee the completion of design and execution of the project through tender and construction phases.
