EN:Procure are focused on building communities in the north of England, and are renewing their construction consultancy framework (GEN4).
EN:Procure is a consortium of social housing providers who work together in a culture of collaboration, benchmarking best practice and peer knowledge. The Client generates efficiencies in the construction supply chain and provides intelligent procurement solutions for Northern England, having core work streams that are Efficiency, Employment and Skills, Economic Regeneration and Climate Change. It is responsible for approximately 275,000 homes across the Yorkshire and Humberside region. The savings and efficiencies generated by the activities of the consortium are reinvested into local communities in order to create employment opportunities and to improve the environment in which residents live.

Submission Criteria
The first stage of the tender process requires the completion of an SQQ form, pricing forms, and capability criteria matrix. Quality scoring is based on the completion of Reference Project forms, for projects of a similar nature.
