DfE Framework
The Department for Education is seeking to establish a new Construction Framework to replace CF21.
The Department is establishing a closed framework for the construction of new and refurbished schools, and other educational buildings (including colleges and university buildings), together with community facilities and/or public buildings which are ancillary to such education facilities or form part of the development on the same site in England.
The Framework will run for an initial six-year term with the option to extend for up to an additional two further years (one year plus one year), starting from the date the Framework Agreements are signed.
There will be ten Lots broken down by value and location. Seven places are available on each.
