Clare Glen Bridge Replacement
A consultancy team is sought for the full design and project delivery of a bridge replacement and park trail enhancement scheme in Clare Glen, Northern Ireland.
Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council has issued a tender for the Clare Glen Bridge Replacement and Trail Enhancement Scheme, aiming to replace an aging timber footbridge and upgrade approximately 5.5 km of park paths with associated environmental and public realm improvements. The appointed Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) will lead the project through all RIBA stages—from initial concept and stakeholder engagement, to technical design, procurement of an Integrated Supply Team (IST), construction management, and post-completion phases—pending mid-stage funding approval. The scope involves demolition, access logistics, erosion control, signage, accessible furniture, and ecological sensitivity. The project aligns with regional environmental and infrastructure goals and requires accredited professionals across multiple disciplines.
