CBIP Heritage and Town Planning Consultancy Services
Procurement of a heritage and town planning consultant to support coordinated planning submissions across complex Parliamentary estate infrastructure projects.
This commission relates to the Commons Building Infrastructure Portfolio (CBIP), a programme of works across the Parliamentary Estate in Westminster. The appointed consultant will provide heritage and town planning services to ensure a unified strategy and consistent, high-quality submissions to Westminster City Council and Historic England, supporting multiple complex and phased projects within a highly sensitive historic context.
