The Commune de Talence is seeking service providers for a comprehensive framework agreement covering topographical, urban planning, and network detection services from 2027 to 2030. This multi-lot contract is designed to support various municipal projects, including land boundary delimitation, general topography, urban development, and the detection and geolocation of utility networks. The framework will operate through separate call-off contracts with revisable unit prices. Lots 1 and 2 will be multi-awarded, while Lots 3 and 4 will be single-awarded. The agreement has no minimum value but specifies maximum annual amounts for each lot and awarded supplier.
