The Commune de Talence is seeking service providers for a comprehensive framework agreement covering topographical, urban planning, and network detection services from 2027 to 2030. The framework will operate through separate call-off contracts with revisable unit prices. Lots 1 and 2 will be multi-awarded, while Lots 3 and 4 will be single-awarded. The agreement has no minimum value but specifies maximum annual amounts for each lot and awarded supplier.
