The City of Superior in Wisconsin is seeking proposals from a qualified professional consultant or a multidisciplinary team to deliver planning, public engagement, interpretive development, and landscape/site design services for the Wisconsin Point Cultural Connections Project. This initiative, supported by a $100,000 EPA grant through the GLRI, aims to establish meaningful cultural connections within the area. The selected consultant will be responsible for leading an integrated process that culminates in concept-level designs for a new boardwalk or trail connection, including various pause or stopping points, and other related physical site features. Additionally, the project requires the complete, fabrication-ready design of specific interpretive signage elements. Respondents are encouraged to form teams that combine diverse expertise to effectively complete the project's multifaceted requirements.
