Gare d'appalto e concorsi attuali

The Ortsgemeinde Breitenbach plans the expansion and functional adaptation of its existing daycare centre located at Kirchstraße 17, Breitenbach, Germany. This initiative addresses the growing demand for childcare places, aiming to accommodate approximately 80 children across four groups in the future. The project involves architectural services for both an extension new build and the subsequent refurbishment and functional adaptation of the existing facility. The work will be carried out in two successive construction phases: first, the extension will be built, followed by the renovation of the existing building, which is a two-storey solid structure with a partial basement. A key challenge will be maintaining the daycare centre's operation throughout the entire construction period, requiring careful planning and execution to ensure safety and continuity of service. The extension is expected to add a gross floor area of around 500 m².
