The commune of Poilly-lez-Gien is initiating a significant project to thermally rehabilitate and modernise the heating system of its Yves Coppens school complex. This comprehensive operation requires a multidisciplinary project management team, committed for the long term, to oversee the entire process from initial diagnosis through to the final reception of works. A key challenge for the selected team will be to conduct the project within an occupied school environment, ensuring minimal disruption to educational activities. The framework agreement seeks a single service provider to deliver architectural services for buildings, including thermal insulation work, over a 48-month period starting in October 2026. This initiative aims to improve energy efficiency and comfort for students and staff.
