The second lot involves architectural and engineering design, surveying, and the creation of technical passports for existing buildings and public spaces, alongside investment projects for new construction, major repairs, or reconstruction, including energy efficiency measures. The third lot is dedicated to the investment design for technical infrastructure, roads, and streets, covering repairs and new construction for the street network, municipal road network, and water supply and sewerage systems, also including author supervision during construction. The overall objective is to enhance the municipality's infrastructure and urban environment.
