The Samtgemeinde Bevensen-Ebstorf is planning the comprehensive renovation of the Himbergen Primary School sports hall. Constructed in the 1970s, the facility's current condition largely reflects its original technology, with only parts of the changing rooms having been updated. Key elements like the impact walls, sports flooring, equipment, and other technical installations are no longer up to modern standards. The hall serves both the primary school for sports lessons and local clubs for their activities. This project aims to bring the sports hall fully in line with contemporary requirements for a modern school and club sports facility, with a particular focus on necessary energetic and technical upgrades, as well as sporting demands, to ensure a future-proof venue. The tender seeks planning services for architecture and technical building equipment (TGA) across two separate lots, with a phased commissioning approach. The initial phase will cover HOAI service phases 1-3, with the primary goal of preparing preliminary plans to support an application for the upcoming “Funding Programme for the Renovation of Municipal Sports Facilities.” Bidders are requested to provide prices for all service phases, anticipating full implementation upon successful funding approval.
