Réhabilitation des bâtiments 1 et 4, Saint-Denis
An extensive programme for the comprehensive rehabilitation of 462 residential units across two blocks in Saint-Denis, France, is now underway. Deadline 02 Oct 2026
The project involves the comprehensive rehabilitation of 462 residential units spread across two distinct blocks, Îlot 1 and Îlot 4, within the ZAC Basilique area of Saint-Denis, France. Client OPH Plaine Commune Habitat is seeking architectural and engineering design services for this significant regeneration initiative. The scope for Block 1 covers 252 dwellings, while Block 4 encompasses 210 dwellings, with a foreseen duration of 30 months for each lot. The selected design team will be responsible for a full suite of services, including initial diagnostic studies, preliminary and detailed design stages, project execution plans, and comprehensive support through the tender process for works contracts. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the conformity of execution studies, directing the construction phase, and providing assistance during project handover and the post-completion warranty period. A crucial aspect of the brief also mandates a thorough Products, Materials, and Waste (PEMD) diagnostic, aligning with current regulatory obligations in France. This extensive refurbishment aims to modernise and enhance the living conditions for residents in these urban residential buildings.
