The Commune d’Echallens is undertaking a significant redevelopment and requalification of the Trois-Sapins sports site. This initiative aims to address the evolving requirements for modern sports and leisure infrastructure, while simultaneously enhancing the overall landscape and environmental quality of the area. Extensive studies have already been completed, reaching the SIA 33 phase, which have successfully outlined a comprehensive project for the external developments and necessary sports equipment. The client is now seeking to appoint specialist consultants to oversee and manage the subsequent realisation phases of this ambitious project. The procurement is structured into two distinct lots, allowing bidders to submit proposals for either or both. Lot 1 focuses on securing a skilled landscape architect, while Lot 2 is dedicated to finding a specialist in sports equipment. This approach ensures that both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the sports centre's transformation are expertly handled.
