Professional Services Framework, UK
Associated British Ports launches a multi-supplier Professional Services Framework in the UK, covering project, engineering, property, and specialist advisory requirements. Deadline 21 Aug 2026
Associated British Ports (ABP) is setting up a multi-supplier Professional Services Framework to address its diverse project, engineering, property, and specialist advisory requirements across its UK operations. This framework will facilitate the delivery of services for major capital projects, regional investment programmes, and various property-related activities, ensuring access to a broad and capable supply chain. The scope encompasses project and programme management, design and engineering, architectural services, planning and consent support, environmental advisory, and property and asset consultancy. The framework will be structured into multiple national and regional Lots and Sub-Lots to align supplier capabilities with project scale, complexity, and geographical needs, encouraging local supplier and SME participation. Operating as an open framework, it allows for periodic re-opening to onboard additional suppliers and maintain competitive tension over its eight-year duration, with indicative re-opening points around years three and six.
