Outdoor Facilities Planning, Klein Oschersleben
A new special needs school and sports hall in Klein Oschersleben, Germany, requires comprehensive engineering services for the design and implementation of its outdoor facilities. Deadline 18 May 2026.
Landkreis Börde is undertaking the construction of a new special needs school and an accompanying sports hall in Klein Oschersleben, Germany. This project involves the comprehensive planning of the outdoor facilities for both the school and the sports hall, following the HOAI § 40 guidelines. The existing five school buildings, built between 1965 and 1988, will be completely demolished, and the school operations will be temporarily relocated during the construction period. The current sports hall will remain in use by a sports club until the new one is completed, after which it will also be demolished. Due to specific funding requirements for the sports hall, its outdoor facility planning (phases 2 and 3) was previously commissioned as an addendum. This tender now covers the subsequent planning phases (LP 4-8) for the outdoor facilities of both the new school and the sports hall. The overall programme anticipates commencing planning phase 2 in October 2026, with phases 3 to 7 spanning approximately 11 months, followed by an estimated 28-month construction period for phase 8. The contract will involve a phased commissioning of the individual service stages.
