Date limite : 05 oct. 2026
The BG Klinikum Hamburg gGmbH is undertaking a significant new build project to transform its existing 25.3-hectare site in Hamburg-Bergedorf, Germany, into a modern, future-oriented clinic campus. The ambitious programme aims to create a state-of-the-art facility with approximately 350 beds, encompassing a gross floor area of around 66,000 sqm and a usable area of about 30,000 sqm. Future plans include an expansion of rehabilitation services by 11,000 sqm and an additional 10,000 sqm for other uses, bringing the total usable area to approximately 51,000 sqm. The project's core objective is to establish a modern healthcare hub that seamlessly integrates outpatient and inpatient care within a new, functionally and spatially cohesive building. This will provide advanced infrastructure and optimal working conditions for highly specialised medical services, focusing on high-level medicine with a strong rehabilitation component to ensure long-term treatment success. The comprehensive scope of work includes architectural design for buildings and interiors, urban planning, landscape architecture, structural engineering, and planning for traffic facilities, building physics, fire protection, civil engineering, facade technology, sustainability certification, and accessibility. The design seeks to create an economical, flexible, and future-proof hospital structure, blending modern medical care with 'Healing Architecture' principles to foster a therapeutic environment for patients and an attractive workplace for staff.
