The project encompasses urban planning and landscape architectural services for the modification of the "Kursaal" ZAC (Zone d'Aménagement Concerté) in Sète, France. This comprehensive contract is structured into two main phases. Phase 1 includes preliminary design (APS, AVP), regulatory studies for the entire ZAC, monitoring demolitions in the East sector, and facilitating public consultation workshops for co-construction with residents. It also covers updating impact studies, preparing realisation files, DUP, and DLE documents, and the architect coordinator's missions from diagnostic to master plan, including stakeholder workshops. Phase 2 focuses on detailed design (PRO to AOR) for the Centre, West, and East sectors, incorporating co-design workshops with operators. This phase also includes the architect coordinator's role in developing the CPAUPE and lot sheets, facilitating co-design workshops with operators in the Centre and East sectors, and further resident workshops. The contract comprises one firm tranche and five optional tranches, indicating a long-term, adaptable programme. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 21st July.
