Lutherstadt Wittenberg, a city rich in Reformation history and a UNESCO World Heritage site, will host the 6th Saxony-Anhalt State Garden Show in 2028. The event, themed "Garden Show in a World Heritage Site," will focus on integrating the historic old town with the Elbe river landscape. This tender seeks architectural services for the Kuhlache Ost section, a central exhibition area spanning approximately 25,500 m². Building upon an existing preliminary design (phases 1 and 2), the appointed team will advance the landscape planning through phases 3 to 9. The project aims to create a high-quality, permanent landscape park that will serve as the core exhibition space for horticultural presentations and visitor attractions during the garden show, drawing on established design principles and spatial concepts.
