The German municipality of Borgholzhausen plans to partially rebuild its fire station located at Brinkstraße 2. This project involves the demolition of the existing structures, while integrating a specific existing hall into the new design. The tender seeks a general planner to oversee the entire project, encompassing all necessary planning services, including specialist technical planning. The scope of work is based on a feasibility study completed in 2026. The appointment will be phased, with the initial stage covering planning phases 1 to 4 of HOAI (German fee structure for architects and engineers), including the preparation of a building permit application. Optional subsequent stages will include phases 5 to 9, as well as object supervision and project support through to the completion of the measure, expected to conclude by June 2030.
