City Hall Stucco Repairs, Casa Grande
The City of Casa Grande in the USA is undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment of its City Hall, delivering extensive stucco repairs and a full exterior repaint. Deadline 13 Oct 2026
The City of Casa Grande is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to manage a comprehensive stucco repair and exterior painting project for its City Hall facility. The appointed CMAR will oversee both pre-construction and construction phases, working closely with the City’s Facilities Supervisor. During the pre-construction stage, the CMAR will conduct thorough field investigations to identify areas requiring stucco repair and surface preparation, recommend suitable repair methods, materials, and coating systems, and develop a construction sequence. This phase also includes identifying constructability concerns related to site access and ongoing City Hall operations, providing value engineering, identifying long-lead materials, and preparing a detailed construction schedule and cost estimates to establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). For the construction phase, the CMAR will coordinate all activities, manage necessary mobilisation and access equipment, and implement protection measures for existing features not part of the work. Tasks will include removing damaged stucco, repairing cracks and deficient exterior areas, matching existing stucco textures, cleaning and preparing surfaces, and applying approved exterior coating systems. Throughout the project, the CMAR will maintain a robust Project Management Plan, ensuring quality control, safety, and clear communication to minimise disruption to City Hall operations and deliver a high-quality finish.
