This project involves the new construction of a single-storey, 2,300 square feet light wood-framed building. This free-standing structure will provide additional multipurpose assembly space to support the existing Samaritan House facility in Orangeburg. The scope of work also includes significant renovations to the existing kitchen within the main building, alongside essential site work related to the new construction. The aim is to enhance the functionality and capacity of the Samaritan House, offering improved facilities for community use and dining services.
