Copenhague NV, Dinamarca, los edificios residenciales reciben una extensa renovación de ventanas, fachadas y sótanos, añadiendo 80 nuevas viviendas familiares y de estudiantes en la azotea. Fecha límite 09 oct 2026
Boligforeningen AAB is undertaking a significant renovation and expansion project for its Section 25 residential buildings at Genforeningspladsen 49-51 in København NV, Denmark. Constructed in 1925, the development comprises two buildings with a total of 258 homes. The project encompasses a comprehensive renovation of the existing structures, addressing the basements, paving, facades, insulation, window replacements, and stairwells. Concurrently, a densification project will see the creation of 80 new roof dwellings: 26 designated as family homes and 54 as student accommodations. Asbestos removal in the basements was completed in 2025, with roof space remediation expected by December 2026. Preliminary studies have confirmed the feasibility of the roof dwellings, and prior drainage issues have been resolved. Copenhagen Municipality has been consulted regarding the establishment of these new homes. The appointed total consultant will provide a full suite of services, including architectural and engineering design, tendering support, construction management, financial oversight, quality supervision, safety coordination, risk management, and resident communication. The project aims for minimal disruption as work progresses in occupied buildings. Design phases are anticipated from 2027 to 2028, with construction scheduled from 2028 to 2030.
