Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified Lead Consultants, registered on Construction Line, to form an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) for the Omagh Wayfinding Scheme. The selected ICT will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial development and design through to completion and handover. This includes extensive consultation, securing all necessary statutory approvals and funding, and coordinating the procurement of an Integrated Supply Team (IST) to carry out the construction. The team will also administer the contract and supervise the scheme during its construction phase, ensuring a snag-free completion. A key requirement is that the scheme must be designed and constructed to meet the standards set by various statutory authorities, consultees, and environmental agencies.
