OPHEA Office Public de l'Habitat de l'Eurométropole de Strasbourg is seeking a team of architects and engineers for the comprehensive design and project management of a new gendarmerie barracks and sixteen residential dwellings in Eschau, France. The contract covers a full range of services from preliminary studies (ESQ/APS/APD) through to construction supervision (DET/AOR) and coordination (OPC/SSI/BIM GESTION). The project has an estimated construction cost of 3,895,050.00 EUR excluding tax and is expected to span 54 months, including 18 months for studies, 24 months for construction, and a 12-month defects liability period. The successful team will need expertise in architecture, landscaping, various engineering disciplines (structural, HVAC, electrical, acoustic, thermal, VRD), environmental consulting, cost economics, and BIM management. Experience in gendarmerie barracks construction is a mandatory requirement for the electrical and SSI engineering aspects of the service premises.
