Eastern Procurement, a not-for-profit, member-led organisation primarily serving Registered Providers of Social Housing and Stock-Holding Local Authorities, is preparing a new national framework. This initiative aims to deliver value, quality, and long-term impact for its members across various UK regions, including East Anglia, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, and others, extending to Scotland, Wales, and the Channel Islands. The comprehensive framework will encompass a wide array of services, including kitchen and bathroom installations, disabled adaptations, electrical works, repointing, various insulation types, estate improvements, and significant decarbonisation efforts such as building energy management, renewable energy installations, and heating upgrades. It will also cover day-to-day repairs, structural works, project management, decorating, grant bidding, retrofit assessment, and fire safety works, with some elements potentially subject to grant funding.
