This project seeks comprehensive architectural services for the expansion of the Willi-Gras-Grundschule in Beuren, Germany. The scope of work is structured into three distinct stages, encompassing building planning services from conceptual development (HOAI service phases 3-4), through detailed design and construction documentation (phases 5-7), up to project supervision and defect rectification (phases 8-9). The contracting authority places particular importance on the construction supervision (phase 8), requiring it to be performed directly by the selected bidder or a member of a bidding consortium. Following an initial selection phase, up to four qualified firms will be invited to present their approach and submit their fee proposals, including an optional lump sum for additional special services. The contract will be based on a municipal architectural services agreement template, with the client retaining the discretion to commission subsequent service stages and any optional special services.
