Cumberland Council's Programme Management Office is seeking to appoint two professional services providers, specifically Architects, Building Surveyors, and Mechanical & Electrical Engineers. These consultants will facilitate the delivery of the schools' prioritised capital improvements programme for the 2027/28 financial year. Construction work is primarily anticipated during school holidays, particularly summer breaks, though some projects may proceed within live school environments with agreement.
