The Municipality of Poros is commissioning a comprehensive project focused on the topographical survey and revision of the urban plan for its traditional settlement. This initiative involves two main components: detailed urban and town planning studies, and a thorough topographical survey. The urban planning studies will encompass an in-depth analysis of the current situation, evaluation of existing urban data, and identification of problems, future prospects, and development trends. Based on this assessment, initial or alternative urban planning proposals will be formulated, leading to the detailed processing of the Town Plan and a Final Study, which will be selected by the Supervising Service. Concurrently, the topographical study will involve a precise survey of the intervention area and the accurate application of the existing urban plan. This project aims to create a modern and sustainable urban framework for the traditional settlement, ensuring its harmonious development while preserving its unique character.
