The Sozialversicherungsanstalt der Selbständigen (SVS) has launched an EU-wide, restricted, one-stage anonymous general planner competition to obtain preliminary design concepts for the construction of its new regional office and health centre in Salzburg, Austria. Following the competition, a negotiation procedure will be conducted with the winning participant (the author of the best competition project) to conclude a general planner contract. The project encompasses comprehensive architectural, engineering, and planning services for the new facility. A total prize fund of EUR 180,000 (excluding VAT) is allocated for the top three competition entries and three recognition prizes in the second stage of the competition. No remuneration is provided for participation in the first stage of the procedure.
