– Project experience examples demonstrating historic restoration and envelope repair, building renovation and modernisation and study and design delivery
– Team structure and organisation description

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Statement:
– Evidence of meeting/exceeding DEI goals
– Approach to assembling an inclusive team
– Description of internal DEI practices (ownership, staffing, mentoring, outreach)

– Minimum 3 reference projects for public agency or private sector references (within last 5 years)
– Disclosure statement
– MBE/WBE participation strategy demonstrating how required participation goals will be met
– Financial documentation (conditional / upon contract) – CPA-audited financial statement (if applicable threshold exceeded)
