格但斯克新维兹沃莱尼亚街建设工程
Gdańsk, Poland, is undertaking the design and author's supervision for the construction of the new Wyzwolenia Street, enhancing urban connectivity and public realm. Deadline 12 Oct 2026
The city of Gdańsk, Poland, is seeking comprehensive design documentation and author's supervision for the construction of the new Wyzwolenia Street. This significant urban infrastructure project is divided into two main stages, covering eastern and western sections, and includes an optional remediation plan for potential ground contamination. The scope of work for both sections involves the construction of the new street in accordance with planning guidelines, redesigning the intersection with Marynarki Polskiej Street, and building an engineering structure over the Warzywód II stream. Extensive drainage systems, retention facilities, and a rainwater pumping station with an equalising tank are also part of the design. Furthermore, the project requires the design and installation of street lighting, resolution of conflicts with existing underground and overhead utilities, and the preparation of detailed green infrastructure plans, including tree inventories, protection measures, and replacement plantings. The successful contractor will also be responsible for obtaining all necessary administrative decisions and permits, such as building permits (ZRID) and water permits, and managing the liquidation of parts of existing family allotment gardens. This project aims to enhance urban connectivity and infrastructure within Gdańsk.
