The project involves the construction of a new fire station in Selbach, Nohfelden, Germany. This facility will serve the newly established Selbach-Neunkirchen/Nahe fire district, formed by merging the former independent districts of Selbach and Neunkirchen/Nahe. Located centrally in Selbach, the new building will meet contemporary requirements for a modern fire station. It will feature a three-bay vehicle hall, separate changing rooms and wet rooms, a training room, and a social room. Additionally, the new structure will house the central clothing store for all Nohfelden fire districts. The planned fire station encompasses all necessary functional areas for its specialised use, including the vehicle hall with three parking spaces, changing areas with wet cells, a training and assembly room, an office and administration area, and a clothing store for supra-local tasks, along with a storage area in the attic. The estimated gross costs for the relevant cost groups are approximately 1.95 million EUR. This tender specifically covers architectural services for object planning (phases 5-8) according to German regulations. The new construction is expected to receive public funding, and the client reserves the right to commission individual service phases incrementally.
