The Medical University of Silesian Piasts in Wrocław is undertaking a significant thermal modernisation project for its historic building located at ul. Chałubińskiego 3. This initiative, funded under the FEnIKS 2021-2027 programme focusing on energy efficiency, requires multi-discipline project documentation and author's supervision. The appointed contractor will be responsible for developing the full design documentation, securing the necessary building permits, and overseeing the construction phases from contractor selection to project completion. A key aspect of the project is adherence to the 'Do No Significant Harm' (DNSH) principle, ensuring that the modernisation efforts do not negatively impact environmental objectives such as climate change mitigation, sustainable water use, circular economy, pollution prevention, and biodiversity protection. The project aims to significantly improve the building's energy performance while preserving its historical integrity.
