The Metropole Toulon Provence Mediterranee is seeking comprehensive architectural, construction, engineering, and inspection services for the requalification of Giens Road in Hyères, France. This significant project includes the creation of a new soft mobility promenade, enhancing public access and environmental integration. The scope encompasses a full project management mission, extended to include scheduling, steering, and coordination (OPC), along with various additional missions. The project is structured into a firm tranche and three optional tranches, covering diverse study and construction phases across three distinct sectors. Key services involve preliminary design, detailed design, tender document preparation, meticulous supervision of works, and essential assistance during the defects liability period. Complementary tasks include coordinating regulatory dossiers, implementing sustainable development initiatives, piloting data acquisition markets, managing network displacements, conducting environmental impact studies, and performing detailed fauna and flora assessments. The tender also incorporates social clauses, requiring a minimum number of hours for economic integration activities within the optional tranches. The estimated duration for the entire service provision is 90 months, which includes the year of perfect completion.
