The Samtgemeinde Uchte plans to expand the existing 'Zwergenburg' daycare facility in Essern, Germany, to provide sufficient kindergarten places. This project involves constructing an extension building connected to the current structure, designed to accommodate two new groups and increase the total capacity from three to four groups. Initial planning phases (LPH 1 and 2 of HOAI for object planning) have already been completed by an external office. The new extension will have a gross floor area of approximately 565.92 m² and a net floor area of 484.57 m². The estimated total costs for the project are approximately 2,016,699.20 EUR (net). The project is situated within the newly established B-Plan Nr. 9 'Am Schulweg'. The overall timeline anticipates approval planning from January to March 2027, a construction application in April 2027, execution planning from April to August 2027, and the awarding of construction services from September 2027 to January 2028. Construction is expected to begin in February 2028, with completion by March 2029. All work must be carried out while the daycare centre remains operational. This tender specifically seeks object planning services for outdoor areas (Freianlagen) covering all phases (LPH 1-9) according to § 39 HOAI.
