Entwicklungsgesellschaft Industriegebiet Halle-Saalkreis mbH & Co. KG is initiating a significant urban planning project in Halle (Saale), Germany, focusing on the creation of a new development plan. This comprehensive undertaking involves planning services for the establishment of a zoning plan, encompassing phases 1-3 of the HOAI 2021 fee schedule, alongside specific additional services. The project's scope includes the development of plans for at least one 15-hectare industrial or commercial area, as well as a complex planning challenge for an urban conversion site of similar scale. A key component is the revitalisation of urban conversion areas, demanding extensive public and official participation processes within the city. The appointed team will be responsible for conducting a thorough environmental assessment and preparing an environmental report, crucial for sustainable development. Furthermore, expertise in the multimodal integration of various transport systems, addressing issues such as noise and emissions, is required. This initiative aims to guide future growth and land use within these critical areas, ensuring a well-planned and sustainable urban environment for Halle (Saale).
