The project involves the extension of the two-stream Schauenburg Primary School in Urloffen, Germany, to meet the future demand for comprehensive all-day care. A new all-day pavilion will be constructed on plot 3320/1, situated on the eastern edge of Urloffen, directly adjacent to the existing school, sports hall, and kindergarten. The site is accessible from the east via Schauenburgstraße, the current parking area, and the schoolyard. This new pavilion aims to reinforce the concept of a green 'Children's Campus' by providing diverse care options. The estimated gross costs for the project are €1,478,838.32 for building costs (KG 300) and €501,228.00 for technical installations (KG 400).
