Cork County Council is seeking to appoint a Single Service Provider, Engineering Led Multi-Disciplinary Design Team, including a Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) and Employer's Representative. This team will be responsible for completing stages two through five of the Midleton Public Realm – Phase 2 Project. The project has already secured Part 8 planning approval. The scope of work encompasses a broad range of services, including engineering, architectural, landscape architectural, and surveying, specifically for outdoor areas and civil engineering works. The contract is expected to run for 55 months, focusing on enhancing the public spaces within Midleton, Ireland.
