SEBL GRAND EST is seeking urban project management services for the Cœur Gambetta concession in Saint Dizier, Haute-Marne, France. This project involves comprehensive architectural, construction, engineering, and inspection services, with a particular emphasis on urban planning and landscape architecture. The contract is structured as a six-year framework agreement, with a maximum estimated value of 295,000 EUR. The extended duration is justified by the need to ensure technical, environmental, and hydraulic consistency throughout the project's lifecycle, thereby guaranteeing the unity of design and execution. Maintaining a single project management team over this period is crucial to avoid potential cost escalations and disruptions that could arise from changes in leadership or approach, ensuring the continuous and coherent technical progression of the urban regeneration initiative.
