The Bergen Municipality's Agency for Sports is launching a framework agreement to procure design and consultancy services for the rehabilitation and construction of outdoor sports facilities. The projects span from small neighbourhood activity parks to large-scale developments such as cross-country ski trails, artificial lighting systems, drainage and water systems, and structural components like retaining walls and grandstands. The framework agreement does not cover building design, with the exception of minor load-bearing structures in rare cases. The scope includes design leadership, engineering (civil, electrical, geotechnical), environmental investigations, quantity surveying, HSE services, drone scanning, and site supervision. It also entails a structured invoicing, documentation, and project reporting process in line with municipal standards.
