Qualification Deliverables:
– Completed application form (krycí list)
– Proof of basic eligibility (no criminal convictions, no tax/social security debts)
– Proof of professional eligibility (company registration + authorisations for architectural/engineering services)
– Reference projects (design of at least one new-build/reconstruction of a hall or building >220 million CZK)
– Reference projects with long-span roof structures (>20m)
– List of key team members, including CVs and professional licences
Signed declarations:
– No conflict of interest
– Compliance with responsible public procurement principles
– Commitment to meet environmental/social standards
Second Stage Deliverables:
– Detailed fee proposal (cost breakdown per project phase)
