Submission Criteria
Three teams will be shortlisted. Each will receive €145k.
Qualification submission:
– Letter of intent with team organization (max 4 pages)
– DC1 and DC2 forms (or equivalent documentation)
– Financial capacity: Average turnover over the last 3 years
– Technical capacity: Staff numbers, equipment, and qualifications
Mandatory References:
– Architect: Cultural building renovation (€7M+), 2 interior-focused references (last 10 years or current APD)
– Architecte du Patrimoine: 3 heritage building renovations (last 10 years or APD)
– Scénographe: 1 project in a Musée de France >1000 m² (since 2015), 2 additional scenographic references
– BET Commissioning: 1 completed mission between 2015–2025
– BET Fluides: 1 delivered project with RT2012–40% or better
